Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the business development team in identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and helping drive the growth of our company.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct research to uncover potential clients, market trends, and competitive insights.

Lead Generation: Source and qualify leads through channels like cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.

Client Outreach: Assist in engaging potential clients to introduce our products/services and build initial relationships.

Sales Support: Aid the sales team with proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on business development activities, sales metrics, and market insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, IT, and operations teams to align on goals and ensure success.


Preferred Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s in any degree

Experience: 1 year in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally in the IT industry.


Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and research abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

High motivation and a proactive approach to tasks
