Job Title: HR Executive / HR Recruiter (Entry-Level)


Job Overview: We’re hiring a driven HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead recruitment, support payroll processes, and help cultivate a positive, people-first culture. Ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.


Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

- Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and facilitate seamless transitions.

- Payroll & HR Administration: Assist in payroll processing, record-keeping, and compliance.

- Employee Engagement & Performance: Support performance management and foster a positive work culture.

 - Employer Branding: Promote our values and culture to attract the best talent.


Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor's/Masters's Degree in HR (preferred)

- Basic HR knowledge, payroll understanding, excellent communication, and time-management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite

- Excellent communication, strong problem-solving, confidentiality, effective time management, and a positive team-oriented attitude

- SHRM or HRCI certification (desirable).
